Low-risk to try

We want Files2AI to feel low-risk to try.

1. First purchase

If this is your first paid Files2AI purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once billed. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

3. Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or believe there was a billing error, contact support and we'll review it promptly. Confirmed billing mistakes will be refunded.

4. Product failure

If Files2AI has a verified technical issue that materially prevents normal use, and we can't resolve it in a reasonable time, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or account credit depending on the situation.

5. Abuse / fraud

We may deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy circumvention.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@files2.ai from the address used for purchase and include:

  • the email on the account
  • date of purchase
  • reason for the request
